Pelagic Credit was pleased to participate in Pareto Securities’ 33rd Annual Energy Conference, held in Oslo on 16–17 September.

The conference brought together more than 170 presenting companies, 2,200 industry professionals and investors, and facilitated more than 2,000 investor meetings, making it an important meeting place for the European energy and shipping finance community.

Pelagic Credit CEO Tobias Backer presented in the conference and joined Marius Lorentzen of Finansavisen for an interview on FaTV, discussing the company’s progress since its listing in March, its investment strategy and the opportunities ahead.

Since listing, Pelagic Credit has continued to execute on its strategy, completing two transactions involving five vessels, taking total fleet up to 9 vessels and launching quarterly dividend distributions.

The Pareto conference provided an opportunity to engage with investors, industry participants and partners, and to discuss developments across the shipping and maritime finance markets.
